3 salons in 3 days I’ve heard about closing 😔 this breaks my heart. I’m not going to lie after 14 years loving hairess magic these last couple of years have certainly been the toughest. What we’ve noticed in our industry is that clients are pushing hair appointments on from what used to be 5-6 week appointments to 11-12 week visits. This then means more products used, more time and classed as more of a colour correction as to a touch up. Surveys have been conducted by stock provider Wella over the last 6 months and this has shown, yes clients are certainly pushing their appointments on but then are having to spend more for the bigger job at hand. With the extended gap between clients gives us more quieter periods than we have ever known hence the closure of so many well established businesses. We all know good word of mouth works wonders and with your help if you keep us in mind with those recommendations you don’t know how much this means to us. A little review or a like/comment on our instagram/page doesn’t cost anything but like I’ve said recommending someone to the salon you not only receive 25% off your next service your friend also receives a first time visit discount, 50% off first cut and finish or 30% off first cut and colour. Keep our magic alive and bright and of course cannot thank you all enough for the last 14 years of support 💫
