Another class couple of clients this past week with Joshua Holman-Brown progressing really well with the basics of plyometrics, with a few added extras more specific for goalkeeping.
Aswell as Danny coming to training and grafting away getting closer and closer to the pitch, which is what we love 😍

Another couple of posters that were created by , placed inside of clubhouse for anyone who wants to get booked in with myself💚
Loved working with Sleaford Town Rangers FC Development GK Joshua Holman-Brown, really soaked In the information and even though it was his first session he looked like a natural.
Joshua came to me aiming to improve on his explosiveness, so plyometrics was the right place to gain that, as well as improving on power, plyometrics will also give him the tools to help prevent injuries.
Also now offering all Sleaford Town Rangers FC teams a £5 discount from all of my services.

Onto lateral depth landings now and a higher box on the other movement.
The next couple of weeks are huge, what’s next tho…..👀
My client came in explaining that he had reoccurring back pain during certain movements.
After identifying that his core was weak in a few tests, as well as his glutes being under active. I set out to produce him a routine, including the McGills big 3 comprised of the curl-up, side bridge (or side plank), and birddogs.
After this routine, I then set out to correct form on certain pressing movements above the head etc
Looking forward too hearing the improvements he will make in the future.
