With the news of police intervention of a funeral directors in Hull it is important to assure our community that our business adheres to a code of practice and is subject to inspection. Whilst the exact details regarding the intervention in Hull remain unclear and we are not in a position to comment on the actions of others, what we can do is reassure our families, clients and community of our proper practices.
Clarkes Funeral Service is a member of SAIF (Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors) and NAFD (National Association of Funeral Directors) and adhere to the highest standards. We encourage you to ask your funeral director questions, ask to view premises and to ensure that they are members of a voluntary standards inspection authority. Whilst the quality of funeral service providers can vary greatly, choosing a funeral director is made a much easier task by ensuring that they are members of professional organisations. It is your guarantee that their business has been fully inspected and complies with the strictest code of practice.
