The nerve endings in the feet correspond to certain parts of the body and when there is an imbalance, nerve fibres can build up in the feet at a high rate.

A reflexologist feels the congestion of those fibres under her/his fingers and the location on the feet tells which part of the body is affected. Massaging these specific congested areas, help improve the function of the related organs

Reflexology has been shown to help relieve stress, improve circulation, and reduce tension, not only in the muscles but in all tissues that form every part of our body, including organs.

With regular sessions, you can experience a better sense of overall wellbeing.

What is mindfulness or meditation to you? 😌

For me it is noticing the lovely smell of sweet peas or honeysuckle drifting across the air in the garden while I have my morning cuppa ☕️
Or the sounds of the sea playing below the clifftop as I go for my morning walk. 🌊
Or the waft of colour from a passing butterfly or flower as it dances in the wind.🦋
It is allowing myself to be still and notice myself within my surroundings. 😊
We each have our own way of reaching the person inside ourselves if we give ourselves time and space.🤗
There doesn't have to be a set time or place. 🙂
It's taking an opportunity when it presents itself - while waiting for a bus, in the shower or before we go off to sleep. 🥰
Take that time - even if its just a moment - to breathe and relax. Take notice of how you are and the beauty that is within you and around you. (It will be there if you look.) It could change your whole day. That's my goal for this weekend. 💕
Take time for you. Self care is so important and you are definitely worth it.
