We are packing our new coffee now. Super excited about this one, never ever used this bean before but this turned out amazingly. We are using 85% brand new Honduras 🇭🇳 beans and 15% off our standard Brazilian 🇧🇷 bean. 100% Arabica This coffee is smooth, very smooth, roast medium dark and not as strong as the usual coffee we do and the flavour profile is completely different than we have ever done BUT we wanted to try and do something different with this coffee, it is a every day coffee, we are doing it in beans, cafatiere ground and espresso ground. We are also packaging this coffee in our new 500g bags and 1kg as requested from you lovely people. 250g was not big enough 🤣 will put live soon on the website. Certainly a coffee to try and a bean to say you have tasted. Honduras you sexy wee bean, you were fun working with and I hope you guys try and taste this completely different beauty. Our usual flavour profile we go for is dark, strong, rich caramel profile. This profile is slightly lighter, milk chocolate profile ultra smooth and a great everyday coffee.
