Excited to be trading at the Blackheart Market in Dundee tomorrow!
This will be my first market since Dundee Pride in June, so I can't wait to be back and see you all!!

I have been making things at random, and i have no idea what my display will look like!

Please note, this is a Grown Up Market - lots of the traders are horror themed, and there will be not-child-friendly things on display. Children are only allowed in with an adult, and i would suggest their adult has a wee quick look round first!

I'll be tabling in the Pride Market in Slessor Gardens, all day on Saturday - please come and say hi, to me and New Dragon (they only ever tell their names to their adoptive parents).

For the first time, Metal Thistle pretties are coming to a bricks and mortar shop, and will be available on an ongoing basis!

Games, fab food, dice things and shinies all in one place. What more could you want!!

All set ready for our grand opening tomorrow! We will be open 11:00-21:00 with kids cosplay competition at 15:00 and adult cosplay competition at 19:00. Can't wait to see you!

We are looking for a staff member to add to our team 🩵

The ideal candidate is someone who is up for the challenge of working in a fast paced, often busy environment, who is self motivated, has great attention to detail and superb customer service skills.

We are looking for someone who would thrive in every aspect of cafe operation. Experience would be an advantage but full training will be giving to the right candidate who is willing to hit the ground running.

Thank you to everyone who came past my stall to chat, browse and buy at DeeCon yesterday!! Was lovely to meet everyone, and all the Thistle-ites who came to show me their things that they had bought previously - i love the feedback, and that you're all still wearing your armour!

Huge thanks to all the DeeCon organisers too - you all did a great job, and put on another fabulous event! Looking forward to next year already!!

Deecon is an accessible event. Both Bonar Hall and Dalhousie building have step free access, and we have made every effort to ensure that the space allows everyone to be able to move around and see all our amazing events. If at any point you need directions or additional help, speak to our stewards, organisers, or a member of the customer safety team!

For all other attendees of the convention, we ask that you be mindful of other con goers, and ensure that you give everyone space to move around and enjoy the con. If you have oversized cosplay items, either leave them in a safe place with stewards, or make sure they can be separated and made carryable.

Similarly, if any assistance is required during the day, we ask that you ensure you make space for CS, organisers, or first aiders to make their way to where they are needed.
