Congratulations to Kidist Haile who will be eating a 45-day dry-aged Scottish Highland Beef Short Rib with salsa verde along with three friends at the On The Rocks Festival outside the Union today!

We will be serving Huevos Rancheros, with a fried egg, fresh salsa, and served on a warm flour tortilla.

This Sunday TORO will be stationed outside the Union between 12:00 and 17:30, for the On The Rocks Festival!
