We recently had a visit from Sue and Julia from Morrisons Supermarket. They came bearing cakes and banners to celebrate the £6,000 award that Morrisons Foundation has made to the Men’s Shed. A fantastic gesture and one that will help us fulfil our goal of compleating the construction of our new shed. THANK YOU. This Saturday 22nd June 2024 is the St Andrews Harbour Gala. This is always a fantastic event and a real highlight in the St Andrews summer calander. Please drop by our stand and take a look at all the wonderful handcrafted goods on sale. Kids can build a bird box and the adults can pay!!😆

Check out the incredible progress that has been made with our fantastic new shed developement. Who knew that a bunch of "Bodach's" could work together so well. Hat's off to all involved. Perhaps STV News STV The Courier UK or St Andrews Citizen could come up and do a small piece on the lads and their journey. A big thank you to DMac for installing the roofing and gable end sheeting. We still need help with workshop concrete floor if anyone can help.

Our team up at Craigtoun have been busy building an outdoor covered social area. We are very big in coffee and bleather and this lovely area will be greatly appreciated by us all. Thanks to all the 'hands' who made it happen.

A massive thank you to Simon Scott of Fife Reclamation & Masonry Services for donating several tonnes of aged oak timber. The timber was transferred by R & C Cameron Land Drainage & Plant Hire and the photos show the first half being unloaded at Friends of Craigtoun Park. A lot of bowls to come (or totem poles)!

Can you help? We are urgently needing to borrow a cement mixer, larger than the one in the picture if possible (or similar). We could also do with a loan of a large generator. If you or your business can help, please PM us.

Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of returning to St Andrews Men's Shed 🙌🏼

The lads have been busy too over the Easter Break with events selling products they’ve made at the shed - so active ⚒️🪚

Great to catch up with many of the men. Had a nice short walk and talk with one of the guys… a wee bit of The MHEC Academy Informal Exercise Therapy (IET) 🫶🏼

Lots of laughs and camaraderie in between sharing stories of real life issues side by side as they (play) and work away ❤️‍🩹

I’m very grateful to support the Men’s Shed where I can in my more than profit approach to business 💙

Team work is one of the many aspects I admire taking place naturally at the Men’s Shed 🙌🏼

Never a dull day at the shed ☀️
