Crutches on Saturday and virtually back to normal today after blitzing myself with healing!
I don’t know why I need validation from the Universe but I am always amazed and dare I say it, surprised at the strength of it, when I am shown the truth of healing. I cannot argue with myself and tell myself it’s all in the mind and it makes me feel blessed, blessed that I can offer the gift of healing and blessed that I can receive it 🙏💜

The Magpie
Related to the crow the magpie is an intelligent and adaptable bird. Ancient folklore associated with the magpie suggests that when two or more fly into ones life good fortune is coming soon. Since magpies are opportunists and seldom miss a chance to get something for nothing those with this medicine should pay attention to subtle omens that appear in their life then act accordingly so opportunities are not missed. The magpie asks us to wake up and be conscious in every area of our life.

Magpies are curious and have a reputation for steeling anything that they can carry away. They use whatever they find and teach us how to be resourceful. Magpie medicine people have the ability to succeed in life. Those with this totem are usually eclectic and able to draw on a variety of resources to assist them in their pursuits. Being able to adapt to different situations in a spontaneous way is one of the magpies strongest attributes. Those with this totem often find that their interests are varied which make mastership of any one thing difficult although not impossible.

Magpies are extremely vocal especially in groups. They help those with this medicine learn how to use their voice to attract attention, attain desired goals as well as acquire respect from others. This applies only if this medicine is developed sufficiently. Otherwise the voice and its expression may need improvement for positive results to be obtained. The power of love 💕
In March 2020 my Foxy (long hair) had part of her jaw removed to take away a tumour. It was also found she had cancer in her thyroid, spine and lungs and had a maximum of 6 months to live so it was decided to put her on palliative care and I was determined to make them the best 6 months ever.
Doing an agility course was on her bucket list 😉
These photos were taken in August of this year and she is still going strong today.
Love oozes healing to everyone around 🥰
PS She’s also 13 years old!!

Happiness

Happiness is a feeling,
An emotion,
Like love or sadness
Fear or anger.
It is not something to force
Or wish for.
It can be fleeting or
Last for days.
It can be shared or
Enjoyed alone.
It can happen when you
Least expect it or

And nurtured.
Some times it seems
Illusive
And other times,
Overflowing.

Failed

How do animals help us heal?
DOGS 🐕

Happy dog souls are the epitome of unconditional love. Our companions in good and bad times, never wavering, always loving.
Dogs know instinctively when we are unwell, both physically and mentally. They will curl up with you and take any negativity you have.
When you feel better take them for a walk or let them have a run around. This will allow them to release the illness or negativity and ready them for more snuggles 🐕😘🤗

How do animals help us heal?
Today HORSES 🐴
Horses are unique in that they mirror our emotions. For example: if we are nervous the horse is nervous, if we are full of anger the horse will be full of anger too. Because of this horses are successfully used in therapy and help a person to heal what is inside. Equine assisted therapy, whether it involves riding or just interaction, is one of the most amazing forms of healing I have had the honour of being involved in.
Horses are also very empathetic and know when you’re down and give just the best kisses 🥰

What is distance healing?
Everything in the world contains energy and as such, all energies touch. We can send healing through these energies to where it is needed and I like to think that whatever else the healing passes through gets some as well 😃
Bit mind blowing I know but one thing I’ve learnt is to trust the Universe 💜

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese technique using Universal Energy which is an unseen "life force energy" that flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Everything is connected by Universal Energy.

If our "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The Reiki Practitioner allows the energy to flow through them and so pass it to the recipient to aid healing. Touching is not necessary.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
