I’ve never been excited by tea before but Royal Mill is phenomenal stuff! Packed with antioxidants, anti inflammatory properties and it promotes good sleep (which is well needed after today!).

Here’s the factual bits for those interested:

Sri Lankan black tea (62%), Liquorice, Turmeric, Sunflower Petals, Chamomile, Orange Blossom, Calendula Petals, Natural Flavouring.

Properties:

Sri Lankan Black Tea – aid digestive system, lower risk of heart disease.

Liquorice – detoxifying, relieves constipation and protects stomach lining.

Tumeric – An antioxidant which fights inflammation, is brain busting, helps with arthritis and protects the heart.

Sunflower Petals – Packed with strong antioxidants, Vitamin E and Selenium, are thought to protect against cardiovascular disease and some malignant cancers. It improves digestion, energy levels, strengthens bones and muscle and can even help with multiple sclerosis.

Chamomile – Antibacterial, can help prevent colds, soothe upset stomach, anti-inflammatory and promotes sleep.

Calendula - Contains anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, regulate menstrual cycle and ease menstrual pain.

Orange Blossom – Helps with insomnia and anxiety and aids relaxation.

Hi everyone!

Most of you will know that I’m a self proclaimed coffee connoisseur!

The truth is, I just like a decent cup of coffee.

It doesn’t need to cost a fortune, it just needs to be ethically sourced, roasted with love and taste bloody good!

That’s why Kay and I have taken the plunge and acquired our first coffee trailer. This is very much borne of my love of coffee and will be a weekend project to start with.

We have a fixed pitch at Bramhall Cricket Club but will eventually, start touring artisan markets throughout the North West too.

Please like and follow the page which will be updated over the coming days as well as an online shop to purchase the local brands we’ll be serving - our own single origin roast is also a work in progress which will be a top end blend at an affordable price point.

The previous owner, Shelley, has a lot of regulars who are gutted to see her go - we have pledged to continue her top notch, personal, friendly service and hope you’ll all continue to enjoy your Daily Habit with us!
