Can’t even have a day off .... Indian head massage time!

A very rare day off yesterday so I spent it wisely getting treatments for myself.. sports massage from and then of for a facial and reiki from , both amazing therapists! Feeling fantastic this morning .... now ready to share the love with my clients! See you soon!

The reason sarah came for a sports massage was lack of hamstring flexibility she could not reach anywhere near her toes... ONE sports massage later and look where we are at, excellent progress.

When you work hard all week, lead a busy stressful life it's nice to feel appreciated and what better way to be tret then to be pampered and relaxed. I have to agree Massages are a perfect present, birthdays, Christmas or whether someone needs a good pick me up.
