Progress is never linear. It’s full of ups and downs and some days are better than others but never give up on yourself.
Your future body and mind will thank you for building the resilience, patience and determination when you achieve goals you never thought you would.
I won’t lie this hasn’t been easy I’ve had to have an entire lifestyle change and really have a word with myself some weeks. I struggle with food and nutrition, I struggle with water intake, I even struggle to train sometimes.
Even though I have experience and knowledge of over 7 years being a PT and 10 years training, you can’t argue with science but I’m also human and still want to live life and find the perfect balance of happiness, fitness and overall health!
