👀 We’re expecting a few familiar faces mixing it in with the EMRA guys tomorrow, with Richard Cooper, Danny Kent, Charlie Nesbitt, Bjorn Estment, Leon Jeacock and Ant Moore alll set to line up on the grid ✊🏼

Sorry for the delay, been under the weather last few days.....

Mental Race day on Sunday!

Wet Qualifying

Quali 1 - P13
Quali 2 - P10, however shortly after putting in a good timed lap....decided try and take out the competition by throwing my bike at and taking out #58 Jamie B at the hairpin! 🤣🤦‍♂️

Rider and bike are OK, but my bike suffered the most horrific tank implosion ever 😳🤣, which seem to attract every passer by in the paddock!

Managed to fix up the broken bits and amazingly passed scruteening with that disaster! 🤷‍♂️

So with bent bars, damaged rear shocks, mangled tank and a buggered clutch which was slipping over 5000 rpm and massively reducing my competitiveness, but was determined to finish some races.

Now i couldnt see how much fuel i had due to the damage and on the last race, last lap - I started run out of fuel on the exit of Gerards, managed to nurse it to Devils Elbow and then literally silently free- wheeled it over the finish line before diving into the pit lane exit! 🤣🤣🤣Saved it 💪

Pretty pants results but was a hilarious day riding around with that state of a tank, so I actually throughly enjoyed myself - which I suppose is what matters.

I love racing......and I bloody hate racing 🤣

Wet Race day it is then! 🌧🏁

Bennetts British Superbike Championship

ABA Race report: Round 2 was an unmitigated disaster 🤣.....standard really.

After not needing a genny all year, we found ourselves without power, no genny and cold tyres = resulting in poor qualis for both riders 👎

Race 1 - #227 managed to scrape back to P17 after starting at the back, but #84 unfortunately suffered mechanical failure causing a collision with another rider, the subsequent damaged rendered the bike unusable for Race 2 & 3 👎

#227 then suffered clutch/gearbox issues throughout Race 2 & 3 hampering performance and eventually retiring before Race 4. 👎

Race 4 - #84 managed to get back on track for a final go - securing P14 and bagging a few points 🤏

It was a tough day, and a very competitive grid, never mind its the way the racing cookie crumbles sometimes 🍪.

Not the start we were after - no power im the paddock meant cold tyres so qualified 25! 🙄

Scratched it back in Race 1 to 17 place.....work to do to get some points today.

Best ever finishing position, best ever time 1.02.52 and 3 top 10 finishes scoring points, despite me full sending the bike into the undergrowth at the exit of Gerrards 🤣💥
