3 weeks ago today I experienced the greatest pain ever in my life, itβs called labour and giving birth. I didnβt think I will ever forget it, 3 weeks later the pain is already fading away π . The female body is absolutely amazing!!!! Itβs incredible what itβs capable of in such short time. I started with gentle pelvic floor exercise on the very next day and with these exercises today to realign my body, and spine.

Feeling really heavy and rather uncomfortable, walking like a penguin. This birthing ball is my life safer now. Releases the pain, relaxes the muscles and helps me and baby to prepare for labour.

Since a few weeks Iβm experiencing lower back pain due to extra weight on my bump. 34 weeks this Friday.
Practicing just half an hour every day helps to release some of the pain πππ
I had a 2.5 hours session this morning, it felt really good ππ.
27 weeks pregnant today ππβ€οΈ 13 weeks to gooo, exciting ππ»ππ»
I'm very excited and slightly nervous about the 10 days silent vipassana course (read about it below) I'm joining in today π
I know this will be the last for a while and might be very different experience to the ones I've completed before as I will be sharing this journey with little baba inside πππ

Prenatal yoga is a good way to prepare for labour, keep yourself fit during pregnancy by strengthening the muscles and opening the hip area! ππ
Everything is constantly changing! Being pregnant gives me the experience of a great change on my own body, so as these beautiful leaves changing their colour day to day. There are days when it isn't easy to understand and accept this change but I try to remember what vipassana taught me: notice the sensations, but don't react or change them just let them arise and pass by

One modification of sun salutation for pregnant women. Stand in place one hand on the other hand on the take a deep inhale as you stretch your arms up above the head exhale fold forward keep your knees bent lengthen through the spine round the back, walk your hands down to take 5 breath there. Place your knees down to step forward with your right leg, circle your left arm around a 5 times. Transition back to walk your hands back towards your legs and slowly roll yourself up in to Repeat on the other side!
The primary value of and birth is to encourage conscious attention of the natural movement of the breath. This is one of the most useful practice which yoga has to offer at any time of life but it is a treasure during pregnancy and birth!

I absolutely love doing yoga outside in the nature. I feel more connected with all the elements and myself. If you have a chance go outside and practice whatever sport you enjoy πβ€οΈπ
Yoga, nature and healthy food are entwined. Eating vitamins in form of locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables supports your general health. Exercising yoga outside in the nature breathing fresh air in supports not only the the physical but mental health too!!
