I created Yoga for EveryBody during the first lockdown in the UK in March 2020 to provide free online yoga classes to help keep our bodies healthy and our minds happy during these challenging and uncertain times. With restrictions lifting I am now able to offer face to face yoga classes every Tuesday evening in Tottington (UK). Please message me if you would like to join as spaces are limited due

Please accept my sincere apologies but there wonโt be a yoga class now until the 26th July.
1. I have tested positive for covid and wonโt be able to do the class tomorrow
2. The church is busy with an event next Tuesday so canโt accommodate us
3. I am away for work on the 5th July
4. Isabella and I are going to see my family in Estonia on the 11th July for 2 weeks
I hope you can understand and really looking forward to welcoming you all back on Tuesday 26th July.

It is a playlist of 12 classes aimed at anyone who is just starting out with yoga and want to learn about the basic yoga poses to start building the foundation of their own yoga practice.
More experienced yoga students will also benefit from doing these classes as a reminder of how to grow the poses with a strong connection to breath, alignment and energy, and an opportunity to deepen their practice.

My Story
Hello, my name is Klaudia and welcome to my page.
About 12 years ago when I was a student at Manchester University I was looking for something that would keep the body fit and healthy and the mind calm and focused. Thatโs how I got into practising yoga. Then about 2 years ago when I started my current job my work colleagues asked me if I would consider starting a weekly yoga class at work. Thatโs how I got into teaching yoga.
During the recent lock-down I continued teaching yoga to my work colleagues via zoom but was then asked by a few friends if I could extend my classes to them. I now do 2 live virtual classes per week; please check my page for the timetable. I also occasionally record them so that people can practice in their own time if they missed a class, hence the birth of my YouTube channel.
My classes are suitable to all levels, abilities, ages and body shapes, hence the name Yoga for EveryBody. Please explore, comment, like and share. Namaste.
