I’ve never taken brownies and brownie jars before, always one or the other but now I’m taking both, leeds didn’t take too kindly to the jars last year but I’m going to push it on them this time 😂 not like you Thirsk gannets that clear me out of them straight away!

Great British Food Festival

Busy couple of days preparing for this weekend at Great British Food Festival, all equipment cleaned, checked and packed, started on the baking but want everything to be as fresh as possible so leaving most of the baking until Friday. Brownie jars are done ✔️
3 days to go to do everything else.

New blondie aswell - cookie dough crunch which will be going on my menu making my flavours upto 67!!! 🥰🥰🥰

Absolutely in love with my chocolate fountain cover, no more wind blowing chocolate all over the table and grubby little fingers poking in it 😂 ❤️

Excited for my first outside event at the end of may 🩷

I haven’t made a cake in years but then a customer ordered my christmas truffle cake so here it is….
Double layered chocolate cake with coffee milk truffles and pink strawberry white truffles, all held together with chocolate fingers and Christmas ribbon.
