Cold ❄️ + Heat 🔥 Therapy - Hype or Healthy?

Plunge Into The Benefits of Cold Therapy:
1. Improves stress resilience: cold water therapy is a training sensor for your nervous system. Cold sensors on the skin activate your sympathetic + parasympathetic nervous systems - a conflict arises and within about 1 minute your body goes from being stressed to de-stressed
2. Reduces inflammation: a lot of mental health issues are related to inflammation in the brain
3. Improves mood: release of neurotransmitters in the brain makes you feel better including Dopamine (increases focus, increases drive) and Oxytocin (pleasure/love)

Bella has completed 490 hours of training in Rocket, Ashtanga Vinyasa and music in yoga. She curates classes that make people feel energised and challenged by encouraging you to ‘have a go’ and not take it too seriously. Bella is passionate about yoga for mental health and functional movement. She tends to teach music that keeps a 4-beat breath rhythm to help unlock flow state.

A huge SPN welcome to Lucy Austin - the newest member to join our instructor team!

Lucy used to think that yoga was not ‘intense’ enough for her. But after years of competitive running and suffering multiple injuries, it was time to find something else that she could focus her energy on. After being gently encouraged by a good friend to try the Rocket - she was quickly immersed in the world of yoga. She is passionate about cultivating a safe environment in which her students, of all backgrounds and abilities, can explore the practice and build a deeper awareness of their body and mind. Lucy strives to create a practice which challenges and calms her students, taking them to a place where they leave feeling energised, accomplished and more at peace with themselves than when they started. As an experienced yoga teacher, marathon runner and fitness instructor, Lucy creates classes that are functional and accessible for all levels.

Join Lucy for our new ROCKET class in Tunbridge wells -

Rocket is a fiery and playful derivative of Ashtanga yoga but with less focus on perfecting a specific and traditional alignment and more focus on flowing in a way that feels accessible, authentic and right for you. Rocket works through all the joints of the body with plenty of abdominal strengthening, hip-openers, backbends, twists and lots of opportunities to go upside down(!). Expect to end the class feeling stronger, more flexible and uplifted.

Join Charlotte for a 75 minute Bionic Breathwork session using active breathing techniques to break through barriers in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all individuals to explore the transformative power of breathwork.

Bionic Breathwork is a scientifically proven foundational and transformative breathwork technique that utilises a Conscious Connected Circular Breathing pattern and short breath holds to guide participants into deep theta brainwave state (non- ordinary state of consciousness).

You will be taken through 50 minutes of a rhythmic and continuous breathwork technique that involves inhaling and exhaling without pauses or gaps between breath cycles. It encourages a circular flow of breath, promoting a heightened state of awareness and the release of physical and emotional tension. It is a powerful tool for facilitating deep self-exploration, emotional release, creativity and spiritual growth and has ancient roots in various indigenous and shamanic traditions, which has been adapted and integrated into modern therapeutic and spiritual practices.

What to Expect:

50 minutes of active breathing to a playlist of energising and emotive tracks. You will be laying on your back comfortably for the session with an eye mask on.

15 minutes of slow breathing techniques to enter into the parasympathetic (rest mode) nervous system

10 minutes of integration, download and optional group discussion while enjoying a calming herbal tea

Full Body Massage-

Our Story

SPN is the brainchild of Canadian native Jaime Cooke, former fashion guru turned fitness entrepreneur who after a horrific car accident in Ibiza turned to Pilates instead of surgery to help her body heal after extensive injuries left her bed ridden. Jaime created the Muks boot trend in the 00’s selling to celebrities like Kate Moss, Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez and gained her first stripes in building a successful brand.

“Exercise environments should be non-intimidating and accessible and we have invested a lot of time to get this right at SPN. We want to help our clients make healthy lifestyle choices on their fitness journeys and make positive changes to their body and mind this is why we focussed on building a brand that’s more than just fitness, it’s a complete wellness space, looking after the body inside and out. We found there was a gap in the market, the amazing fitness and wellness concepts could only really be experienced in the big cities like London and New York and we wanted to bring that same level of quality and ingenuity to our local communities and make it more accessible."

Additionally, our spaces showcase a pop-up retail boutique bringing together a curated selection of uber cool, sustainable, International and British activewear, beauty and wellness brands. In our Sevenoaks studio you will also find a treatment room offering cutting edge therapies such as CBD facials and Sonic sound therapy alongside an in-studio café serving as the communities ‘go to’ health food hub.

SPN+ mirrors our studio offering and is an immersive online fitness and wellness platform, addressing both physical and mental health focussing on three areas, fitness, wellness and nutrition. Our multi-channel subscription platform is available to download on iOS, Android Apple TV and Roku.
