If you want to take care of your body I have great news!

Waking up with sunlight has been proven to boost your bodies natural ability to restore energy, increase immunity, increase focus and more importantly set you up for the day ahead of you.

If you struggle with finding time to exercise, waking up early, having a routine you can follow or lack energy in your day then I have developed a morning fitness routine for you!

Starting from 20th of March.
3 mornings per week at 6.15 am I am running a fitness class dedicated to restore and increase your health, focus, energy, fitness, promote decrease in stress, anxiety as well as teach you what health and fitness really is and how you can look after your body without looking for external sources of stimulation to function, stay awake and most importantly increase your health.

Aims of these sessions are to develop healthy habits which can drastically increase your health and well-being.
We will move and exercise, do breath-work practices, work to develop better cardio vascular system, increase your mobility and decrease pains and niggles you might have picked up from your training or lifestyle.

Classes will be run in a group setting or you will have the opportunity to join us as pay-as-you go costumer.
But for you to have full benefit of making life long lasting changes in your health and developing strong habits which you will stick to I am looking for 10 people to train with me on regular basis face to face and online. To have full access of workout routines, online group training, habit tracking, developing better sleeping habits, working on nutrition, hydration, supplementation and being part of a like minded community.

Training clients with specificity in mind.

We all have a story to tell from how we live and have lived our lives. I see my clients as individuals who function in ways their body has adapted depending on your past movement patterns, lifestyle choices you have adapted, injuries and pains you have had, overuse of specific tissues and most importantly availability in joint spaces.

Our bodies have evolved to evolve and adapt. We forget that what we teach our body to do on daily basis is what our body is most capable of doing. If you do not stimuli yourself to move at your end ranges on daily basis even if it is at 10% effort then you will start losing your ROM little by little.

By training with me I will assess and evaluate every joint of your body, teach you how to train specific movements you desire, educate you on how to look after your body and add health to it without giving you pain and most importantly adding longevity to your joints.

Best advice I can give someone on their fitness journey is learn the capabilities of your joints, what they can do independently and how they work under load. If you are going in training unknown of what your joints can do then sooner or later you will pay the price of your health…

Be aware and in tune within yourself.

Finally a fitness class designed to help strengthen your body from the inside out!
MOBILITY over FLEXIBILITY

Everyday we are training our body, however not always we understand how much our body is being pushed. These classes are for you to learn about yourself, how you get out of the shape of your body and what could help you step in to better place. Mobility over flexibility is perfect for beginners or athletes, post injury, strengthening double jointed tissues or stretching to gain more access to movement.

If you want to challenge yourself and strengthen your body, then this is a class for you. There are no weight machines and no competition, only direct work undertaken within a team environment.

Classes will be Run in Hastings every Monday Wednesday and Friday from 6.30am until 7.30am
Location TBC

Every ability is welcomed you choose what speed you want to take it.
