Creating Healthier Habits
What my client has achieved so far:
1️⃣ Reduce alcohol consumption
Instead of drinking every day of the week we have minimised it to once every couple weeks as a treat.
2️⃣ Paying attention to Macros (protein,fats,carbs) not just calories but making sure protein is being hit and not missing any food groups.
3️⃣ Weight training instead of just cardio.
Learning how to perform exercises with good form and tempo to avoid injury.
This is just the beginning of her journey and already we are seeing insane results.🙌🔥

Lindsay has ridiculously improved her strength and fitness whilst dealing with health injuries and conditions! Every now and then she goes for a dexascan to check up on her muscle gain to support her injuries, also along with fat% decrease and visceral fat (fat around the organs)!
After her latest check up I am a very proud PT to find out we have increased her muscle and decreased both fat types! 😄
