Isaac Gibbard (who is definitely standing on a block) has a great story to share with his experience so far Training with Luke.
Coming from a rather unconfident, self-doubting young lad, turning into a flourishing, confident and strong young man.
Isaac is involved in many sporting endeavours at school and strength training has helped him excel on all fronts such as speed, power and even co-ordination and balance.
When Isaac started, he was bench pressing a mere 15kg bar and struggling. A few years on we are pushing 97.5kg with the 100kg bench press in our sight as a short term goal.
Isaac loves getting involved in the studio challenges and checks the leaderboard every session to make sure he is still doing well. A bit of healthy competition.
Isaac has improved his eating habits, being able to decide what is helpful for him to continue to progress in his athletic and physique based goals and now has a great understanding of what types of foods serve him for both goals.

Initially intimidated by gyms and low on confidence with training, experiencing chronic back pain and wanting to lose 20kg in bodyweight.
2 years later everything has been ticked off. 20 kilos down, back pain diminished and able to train freely, run, do classes and actually lift some pretty heavy weight with confidence that everything is being performed correctly and safely.
