12 weeks progress for Alastair Swift, using sets of 5 to compare
Squat at 40kg- 108.75kg
Overhead Press 32.5kg- 52.5kg
Bench Press at 32.5kg
Transitioned into Paused Bench Press at 62.5kg
Deadlift at 75kg- 137.5kg also got a cheeky single at 150kg
I was very impressed with the progress he made almost doubling his strength on all his lifts

Low bar back squat, brilliant overall strength builder, utilising more glutes and hamstrings allowing you to lift more weight.
