The (newly renovated) 🏡 of aka Total Fitness Ossett 🏋🏽‍♀️

Because I prefer face to face interaction . The amount of people I’ve had come up to me and ask how to do exercises from an online coaches programme is a jokeeee .

It’s all well and good prescribing exercises but the needs of the individual need to be analysed and met before sending anything out “online” so after feedback from people who’ve had online coaches I’ve made my online coaching accessible for everyone 😁

People who have been to the gym before & know the basics but would like to become a little more independent with having a programme to follow .

Today I’m celebrating 3 years in the fitness industry 🖤🫶💛

Starting as a fitness coach at the end of a global pandemic to 3 years later running a business . It’s crazy how far I’ve come but forever grateful for everyone that’s supported me along the way & all the clients I’ve worked with 🥹

Bit of an emotional day today as we said farewell to two of my longest standing clients (2️⃣ years) !! Two people that started with me before I even went self employed 🥹

No bad reason they’d achieved the goals they needed to go off & explore the world of exercise on their own after learning skills they can take with them for life 🌷.

Makes me feel grateful every single day that I work with the most amazing people 🖤💛
