St Mary’s Church Lymm ⛪️❤️

This was quite a special job for us because this was the church where we (Mike) got married. The room we did was where we signed our marriage certificate☺️

Firstly we had a job on our hands removing all the very old carpet and prepping the job ready for the install.

We then installed AGT effect PRK913 Atlas.

We felt the colour really fitted well with the church and hopefully its add a lovely experience to someone else’s special day. 👰

A Stunning Property In Grappenhall Heys 🏡

Before &. After

We loved the transformation of this one!

Firstly we uplifted & disposed the old kitchen flooring & taken of the skirting boards. 🗑️

We then prepped the floor making sure it was level, clean & ready for the flooring installation 🧹

We installed Camaro Rigid Core Naked Blonde Herringbone LVT Flooring!⚒️

Lastly once the flooring had been installed, we then cleaned down all the existing skirting boards and reinstalled them. ☺️

A stunning property in Cuddington 🏡😍

A great collaboration with DJH Builders on this project

Firstly we prepped & screeded all of the floor areas ensuring it’s ready for the installation of LVT Flooring.

Once everywhere had dried we installed Woodpecker Brecon Valley Oak LVT Flooring in the hallway, open plan kitchen/ diner & utility room.

We undercut all the kitchen end panels and kickboard and also all the doorlinings to ensure the flooring flowed through everywhere without a door plate.

What an amazing transformation 😍

What a transformation on a beautiful property in Lymm 🏡

Firstly we prepped the subfloor by plying & screeding to ensure everything was suitable and ready for the installation. ⚒️

We also undercut the skirting boards, architrave’s & doorlinings to allow the herringbone to be fitted underneath. 😊

Once everything had dried and flooring acclimatised we then installed Ted Todd’s 15x90x450mm Furrow Narrow Engineered Herringbone Flooring. 😍

We also used there planked boards version to build the step to ensure everything matches.

The customer loves it as do we ❤️😍

Transformation Tuesday 🤩🤩

It was a pleasure giving this stunning property a herringbone makeover. 🎇

Firstly the old floor tiles & solid oak flooring was uplifted & disposed ⚒️🗑️

Then we prepped the area with a self levelling compound and it was time to lay the flooring. 💪

We installed Lignum Fusion Volcanic Oak Herringbone Flooring. We ensured everything flowed through each room and undercut the skirting boards, Architraves, doorlinings & kitchen end panels.😍

💥😍 Versailles Natural Oak Panels 😍💥

A Hallway With A Wow Factor! ❤️

This is a 600mm x 600mm Oak Engineered Versailles Panel 🪵

Firstly we prepped the floor by applying a self levelling screed to make sure that the subfloor is level for the flooring to be installed.

When the screed was fully dry we applied a DPM (Damp Proof Membrane) to ensure that no moisture can get to the engineered oak panels. 🖌️

We then carefully set out the flooring ensuring what would look best to suit the hallway and began the installation.🔨🛠️

We installed this product by fully bonding the boards with a MS Flex Polymer Woodfloor adhesive. 🔨

We then finished it off by installing 5” Pine Ogee skirting boards.

The customer was amazed about the transformation ☺️

Amazing Job! By an Amazing team ⭐️🔨

💥💥Bank Holiday Parquet 💥💥

This stunning property in Lymm has been totally transformed from how it used to look!

Have a look at the before and after shots. 📸

Firstly we had to screed the step back in because a lot of the subfloor was missing due to a wall and doorway taken out.

Then we prepped the area and planned the centre of the hallway so that we got parallel cuts each side of the wall.

We installed Premium Sandy Oak Herringbone Parquet Flooring. 🛠

Lastly we finished it off with a 5” V groove skirting board and architraves and we used 12mm MDF and stuck it on as a riser ready to be painted the same colour as the skirting boards. ❤️

It’s all ready for Lymmprovements to work there magic with the decorating 🖌

Before &. After

An absolutely stunning home in Thelwall installed with Weathered Grey herringbone laminate flooring. 🏡

We prepped everywhere and covered the floor in 5mm fibre board underlay.

Then after carefully planning and setting out the flooring we installed the herringbone flooring. 🔨

We cut under all kitchen end panels, plinths, door linings and architraves to ensure the flooring runs underneath for the best finish. 🪚

The customer was made up with how the room looks and so are we. 😍
