Fresh air and fun times with my angel friend… what a way to spend a Friday afternoon 💕✨🙌
Jane is the reason I practice Reiki… Jane quite literally saved me!!
Those early first days of me having Reiki… was intense, each session like having defibs on my soul (sessions that we still talk about to this day, so powerful!!). I’ve never experienced anything like it since and I’ll forever be grateful for the healing Jane and my team gave me ✨✌️and where this Reiki journey has and will lead me… the greatest gift 💖

Recharging the batteries 🤩
The sea is a big energy (soulful) source for me 🌊🤍🙏
I highly recommend people spend more time in nature… whatever elements you’re drawn to 🫶 I’ll be spending more time on / by water this year (hopefully in lots of sun ☀️ in the months to come!! 😄🙏)
I’m easing my way back into work after the festive period… and will be taking things more easy here on… there’s a lot to be said for slowing down, and creating balance 😌 a wise guide of mine once said (has said to me lots and lots and lots of times… the hurrier you go, the behinder you get! I’m finally getting it! 😅).

Last night I spent a blissful evening with Danielle and Jess at their sound healing with acupuncture retreat 😌✨🙏
Such a beautiful and calm space, the perfect way to slow down and reset.
If there’s anything that we need to do more of it’s hitting the pause and reset button. Life is hectic!! If you don’t slow… your body (and mind) will take control, and ‘make you!!’ Wellness needs to be high up on everyones priority list 🤩
I highly recommend and will be back for more sessions in the New Year. Thank you lovelies 🙏🤍

It’s took some real courage to do this, and it’s taken time. I’ve wanted to do something for months and months, I feel this year I won’t be visiting our hospital grounds as I feel like it’s to difficult and wanted a safe space for others to come or where I can place a baby’s name for someone. After speaking to the lady who runs the cafe/greenhouses and having her support and passion has made me feel ready, there so much more to come. I feel comfort and heartfelt to be able to place all those wonderful and such beautiful names together in one place alongside our beautiful girl 💜
It’s open to everyone🕊️
Donations will be made to Sands, the stillbirth & neonatal death charity🕊️
