💯 100 miles, non stop taking at least 37hrs, with a total accent twice that of Ben Nevis
🗓️ We have dedicated over 8 months of training to this challenge!
👊 There is an event the same as this, organised by the Army every year, the success rate is only 40%, this is one tough challenge!
We have chosen a local children's Hospice that provides support & end of life care to the children & their families.

On 30th June I am taking part in the South Downs Way 100.
This is a self organised challenge I’ve been involved in with an amazing group of people from Ryval Fitness
I personally have been training alongside the group for the last 6 months in the build up to this epic challenge
The SDW100 is a walk from Eastbourne to Wi******er which we aim to tackle non stop starting at 5am on 30th June and finishing around 7pm 1st July.
We are trying to raise as much money as we can for a fantastic local children’s charity NaomiHouse Hospice
