🤩We were delighted to join the ‘Steady, Strong and Able’ session delivered by Sue Larken Age UK Kent Rivers at Wouldham Village Hall yesterday. The 12 week class is free to attend and provides useful tips and skills for participants to improve their balance, strength and mobility. There was a lot of chat and laughter in the room, making it feel relaxed and welcoming.🙌
🗣️"It gets me out and socialising, which is much better than sitting at home alone watching television. Coming to the class has given me more confidence to move around the house. I have listened to Sue's advice and look up more, which has helped my balance and walking. I can now get up out of my chair more easily too!" Chris
