An online Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra the night before the Full Moon. I don't know about you but I often find it hard to sleep around the full moon so this session will help to honour her energies and hopefully prepare us for a good nights sleep xx

My first Freedom Dance is scheduled for 16th February at Salt Water Studios 7.30-9pm. A dance journey from stillness, gentle warming up to disco and house! I don't lead the dance at all, it's a chance to just get lost in the music and dance like no one is watching! We will end with a relaxing crystal bowl sound bath x

…..and so I became a DJ & my new Freedom Dance has begun!!!
Last night I ran my first conscious dance session for the lovely teachers Salt Water Studios…..to play music & see people dance to it & feel the magic that music creates was just the BEST feeling ever!!! I’ve wanted to do this since I was 17 & I be finally doing it is a dream come true. A reminder…..it’s never too late 🙏

(These sessions are starting monthly on a Friday in the New Year 🙌🏼)
