The roof is on and just in time, looking at the forecast for the next 7 days. 🌦️

It's always fun and games building in the UK. One moment you're applying factor 50 the next day, you're in the coat, but we move on 👷‍♂️💪

Hopefully, we will get this insulated and boarded early next week, getting everything ready for plastering. 🏠

Set of concrete steps we've poured this week. 💪👷‍♂️

The customer had some ongoing issues with the previous setup, so we decided to rip it all out and start from scratch. 🛠️

There is a little bit of tarting up to finish later this week, and they're ready for tiling. 🎨🖌️

We will upload some photos when complete because we think they are going to look outstanding. 📸✨

Rubber going down on our lastest hmo project today.

New Project alert. 🚧🛠️

Started this week. This job consists of a full downstairs renovation.

We are removing the back wall of the house to create an open-plan kitchen 🏠🍽️

The pitch roof will be coming off block work raised and a new flat roof with 2 roof lights. ☀️💡

We will be creating a new utility area 🧺🧼

All new electrics throughout ⚡🔌

And a brand new shiny kitchen. 😍✨

No, it's our timber framed extension nearing completion down in Southmead! 👷🔨

Progress is really flying on this project! 1st fix electrics are complete, all stud walls and exterior alterations have been made ready for plastering, which started this week. The extension is built with EDPM roof covering installed, and floors will be levelled and screeded early next week. With this being a timber framed extension, the unpredictable weather doesn't stop the build! 💪🌧️

It's always fun and games in construction... 👷‍♂️🛠️

Yesterday, we removed the boxing around the old rear doors to find the old steel was nowhere near adequate for the new roof structure. 🤦‍♂️

After a quick back and forth with the structral engineer, we managed to come up with a suitable plan, meaning we could pick up a new steel the next day. 💡🤝

You can't always plan for things like this, but you can make sure it doesn't hold the job up with a bit of thinking and teamwork. 💪👷‍♂️ -solving

Block work hopefully finished Monday ready for the new roof structure on Tuesday. 🤞🏗️

Bathroom electrical 2nd fix completed today on the Churchill job.

The only option for us was to rip out the entire lot and reinstall as new.

⚡Brand new 18th edition fuse baord with RCBO's & surge protection

⚡Upgrade the old meter tails to new 25mm

⚡Weve also rewired most of the property because of the condition of the entire install.

🔨We've built a new mains cupboard from 18mm mdf with soft closing latches.

We took this property back to brick quite literally.

All internal floors came out every wall all the ceiling joists

Completely rebuilt with future measures being installed ready for a future loft conversion.
