Dorma finished today. We hacked off the blown sand and cement. Fitted new lead then fixed render board to the structure and rendered using a silicone render 👌

This is an extension rebuild I've been doing on the side of my busy schedule. Extension had dodgy footings by last builder. Had to be knocked down and have the footings re done and then rebuilt.
Not far off finished now 🫶

Float and set for some customers that didn't want to plasterboard the walls. Forgot the after photos as per, quality as always tho 😉

Customer had a breach in damp from the render going straight to the floor. Hacked it off with a belcast bead installed to eliminate the transfer of moisture.

Decking job completed today. Railway sleepers. Custom flower beds. Looks lovely 😍

Customer had a leak In his new flat. The pipe that was installed wasn't long enough to slot into the fitting.. shocking!
New fittings installed to make sure everything was sealed nicely.
New plasterboard fitted with a fresh skim.
Another happy customer 👏

Customer had a Lathe and plaster ceiling start to sag & parts fall down. We took down all the plaster, disposed of waste. We decided to keep the remaining lathes as they were strong. We then over boarded with fresh plasterboard and gave it a fresh skim 👍

Customer put his foot through the ceiling while in the loft and damaged the plasterboard. We disposed of old board, replaced with new board and gave it a fresh skim, ready for paint 👌

Loft insulated & boarded out for a customer. Loft hatch moved over with new hatch & extending ladder fitted. Skimmed up to finish 👌
