It's been a busy few weeks here at Somerset Hot Tubs, a customer called with a leak on a 10 year old hot tub, the slice valve was leaking so we removed the item at customers request. All back up and running. Routine servicing can help avoid unnecessary breakdowns.

Our Story
We are a family run business based in County of Somerset in the Southwest of England, and provide hot tubs and spas, including swim spa's to all over the South West of England including Taunton, Bridgwater, Bristol, Street, Weston Super Mare, to name just a few. We pride ourselves on our customer service. We treat our customers as we would like to be treated ourselves.
The company was originally set up as a hire company back in 2004 by its founders Garry & Tracey to bring the affordable luxury to Somerset. We expanded to a shop and display area within a Garden Centre in Taunton in 2007, July 2012 we moved from the Garden Centre to our own showroom just out side Bridgwater, November 2018 has now seen us move again, this time to a 2 storey showroom in Weston Super Mare where we carry a full range of chemicals and accessories, and will be offering more display and various other products. We aim to cater for all the needs of a hot tub consumer.
We deal with both Trade and Retail customers. In 2007 we became the UK Importer and Distributor for Comfortline Products in Florida USA, these spas include the famous Spa-N-A-Box. We stock all parts for the Comfortline Products range and we can ship worldwide.
We are authorised dealers for Vita Spa, Platinum Spa’s and UK made Roto Spa’s. Vita Spa brand reach back to being in the UK since 1974, Platinum reach back 15 years in the industry. Vita Spa are USA made, and Platinum are made in Asia. These brands allow us to offer a range of hot tubs to meet customer needs from great value for money through to the state of the art.
