Two treatments ticked of the list this week .
One booked return visit for a customer in clevedon .
The other not due till end of sept but with some organising and some after work hours it’s done too 🔨🏡🏡

Was going to have the rest of the week off ready for next weeks treatment but we jumped straight in 🔨🔨🏡
Surveys and two jobs not booked for awhile but now well ahead just a few visits to finish both off

Last bit done before a little break with the family .
Fireplace in clevedon looking gross from water ingress … not any more
Had the guys in from knock of render to prep another property two big walls ready for when we can squeeze that in to membrane and finish .
And 14 damp surveys and 3 jobs looked at all in 4 days surveys all typed up to send out . Crazy week . 🔨🔨🔨🏡

Had a spare day today as on holiday the rest of the week.
Popped to this one not booked til mid October but it’s empty and the keys are ours .
Will get back to this on the regular to complete hopefully sooner than oct 🔨🏡💦

Been super busy on months of booked jobs but every spare minute we have been heading over to draycot on a damp treatment / unoccupied but originally booked for end of September to be done so it can be re rented but we competed today customers pleased they can proceed a lot sooner 🔨🔨🏡👌 next one to use as a go to after our weekly booked ones is in Bridgwater this is suppose to be end of October but let’s see when we can get it down

Finished the week off with this little under stair cupboard for a returning customer.

Wall was saturated from a leaking washing machine that we identified it’s been like that for 18 months just dripping away 💦💦🏠

Taken delivery of these two amazing bits of testing kit today .

Testing happens Inside /visually and out side it’s taken many years of surveying to fully understand the reports come back with a lot of easy to understand info .

A cheap protometer will show high readings pretty much anywere in a property if moisture levels are high this doesn’t mean it’s in need of evasive treatment for rising or penetrating damp .
a lot of the time there’s signs around meaning a few tweaks to the way you live or some minor repairs will sort the issue saving thousands not to mention the inconvenience of having works done.
This survey master and thermal imaging camera will make things a lot more detailed . ✌️✌️🏠⛏️

On time and clean ready for skirtings to go back on when fully dry and ceilings to be fully skimmed next week and a piv installed .

Now ready for various trades to get in and finish this 2 bed for some new tenants .

Was good to pop back and see at a job we carried out last year quite a transformation it was a dusty one .
However I quite like to stone look 😂
Our guy has replaced skirtings and dado rail .
More than ready for a repaint 💦💦👷‍♂️

35+ full bags of rubble.

We were able to get some finished too .

We also carried out 9 surveys from highbridge to nailsea and a woodworm treatment also 🪲
-2024 dairy pages are rapidly being inked 🤩

Second hit back at this property this time the hallway wall needing some attention for penetrating dampness .
25 full bags of Barney we removed.
It’s now ready for the covering and treatment now
