Day 1: How to connect to your body when nothing works. How to change your state from hopeless and helpless to one that supports you.
Day 2: How to deal with reactive emotions, when emotions take over and can only react, when really you want to respond
Day 3: What to do when you feel totally stuck in a pattern and can't move forwards
Day 4: How to reclaim your power and courage
Day 5: How to quieten your mind and observe how the rules you've created, absorbed and lived may not be true. Create the space to write the rules that serve you and by default others
Day 6: How to raise your energy to make a breakthrough?
Day 7: How to resolve a pattern that no longer serves you creating space for your authentic nature to come through
Day 8: Peaceful waiting. How to be not do
Day 9: Connecting to the soul that you are
Day 10: Your place in the universal soup
Day 11: Sharing your gifts and insights with humanity
Day 12: Connecting to and creating community
How empowered are you with respect to your thoughts and feelings? Do you get caught up in what might have been? Do you worry about things that may never happen? Both habits can affect your physiology, your state, in a negative way.
Come back to gratitude, even for the smallest things. Your body doesn't care, it just wants to feel good. What can you be grateful for in this moment? Take a deep breath. You're alive. Start there!
Seems to be a big pattern for a number of people currently. The desire to keep everyone happy and upset no one. And it can feel like selling your soul.
If you know you do this a lot, maybe it's time to step into your power and connect back to your body.

I love this for so many reasons. Firstly, I believe that many don't feel personally empowered to make change, they don't believe their voice will be heard and often they have lost their voice through years of conditioning.
And this is such a good reminder that if one person can speak up it can change the system. And when you speak up, you may be surprised and delighted to discover you are not alone, you have a voice and you can make a difference
I love cold water dipping, nothing quite connects me to my body than the exhilaration of cold water 4/5 degrees today. Experimenting with a rash vest to see if I can swim further and it felt like it made a big difference...in my mind? In my body? That's the question...

What does it mean to be connected? Because so many of us our numb. I know that I certainly was.
When you become connected, you have a different relationship with your body. You can access information that is not logical or necessarily reasonable, but information that will keep you safe, allow you to take opportunities, to make choices that truly serve you. You just need to know how to listen and take action

It's that time of the year when people tend to set resolutions, but personally I prefer intentions. I want to focus on how I want to feel, and then what I need to do tends to follow naturally.
I have found over the years, that I need to be in a good state to set intentions well. I need to be calm, present, my mind needs to be quiet, my vibration needs to be high.
To facilitate this I have a workshop set up for the 11th January where we'll spend time connecting to the body, aligning body, mind and soul before we focus on intentions. It's something I've used over and over and want to extend the invitation to you.

I love this. Healing is a journey not a destination. We all grow, change, flower, bloom in our own time. And I love that there is a word for this!
The art of staying present in the moment is one that so many are losing. We're either caught up in what has happened, or what might happen and forget to enjoy and experience the moment.

Been getting colder over past few days. This morning my tub in the garden was 1 degree and I had ice on the water. Amazing feeling though, felt so alive afterwards

The choice is yours and I'm not going to tell you how to solve it, because only you can work that out. All I can say is regular chiropractic helps me manage my crazy life, so that my body has the capacity to handle my life and enjoy it....
I just love this, so important in this crazy world we live in, in these crazy times!
One of my favourite ways of connecting to and celebrating my amazing body is cold water dipping. And today felt properly cold at 8 degrees AND SOOOOOO GOOD
