🥇A Quality Gold Council 🥇
Pershore Town Council are extremely delighted to announce that again, we have been awarded the Quality Gold status in the Local Council Award Scheme.
By obtaining Quality Gold, the Council can demonstrate, through a portfolio of evidence, that it achieves good practices in governance, community engagement and council improvement. Furthermore, this award shows that Pershore Town Council has gone above and beyond its legal obligations; leading the community and continuously seeking opportunities to improve and develop even further.
The Town Council would like to thank the residents of Pershore for their constructive feedback, which only helps the Council seek new areas for improvement and growth.
We do hope residents feel proud that their Town Council has achieved this award, and can see that the Council are committed to driving forward for the benefit of the community. 😀😀
We are already TOO excited (even in this heatwave!)
✨ We have big plans for this year… The lantern-lit procession and Santa’s Grotto will return. Plus, more live music and vintage fairground rides too. Stay tuned for updates.

🌿Growthbusters!🌿
A really wet Spring means a growth spurt that's plain to see in green spaces like our town cemetery. That's why Pershore Town Council's maintenance team are devoting extra hours to mowing, strimming and clearance.
We thank visitors for patience and understanding whilst our 'Growthbusters' continue restoring the good order we all want to see across our cherished cemetery space. 🪻🌷

In due course, social media will be set up for the Tree Warden role, to help engage with the community on tree care, signpost to specialists and encourage biodiversity in the town.
