“I joined Irene’s fat blast course on 8th Jan (perfect timing after an indulgent Xmas/new year break!) 6 weeks in to the course and I have lost 10 pounds in weight and 30cms across my body! I am delighted with the results so far and have formed healthy new habits and feel motivated to carry on and get to my goal weight and be generally fit and healthy. I didn’t want to get to 50 feeling fat, frumpy and grumpy!
The main benefits have been understanding what food is made up of and controlling the types of food (and drink! ) I consume. Handy hints, tips and tricks on eating, exercising, when to eat, how many steps to take a day etc have all meant I now have a much more healthier relationship with food and generally feel much better in myself with more energy and get up and go!
The classes are great (I’m doing things I’d never dreamed of doing before ) and now actually feel sad if I can’t make an in person class but know I can make it up with one of the many online downloads.

“I joined Irene Surridge's 'Fat Blast' course to make myself lose weight and feel better. I have succeeded in both these aims. Over the first five weeks I have lost 12lbs in weight and 24 cm. However, the best thing is that my attitude and eating habits have changed but I am not hungry.
I wasn't an unhealthy eater before but I did nibble between meals and enjoy a bar of chocolate in the evening.
During the course I have eaten out at least twice a week, enjoyed birthday cake and a few puddings but I am able to balance my eating to allow for this.
I have not had to make any separate meals, my husband has enjoyed the meals alongside me without complaint, or hunger!
I have also enjoyed the exercise element. The live classes have pushed me outside my comfort zone while the online classes have been great to dip into at home especially the ten minute weight classes.
