I know we have been quiet for the past week but we have been mega busy working on future events. We've conducted a recce for training areas in Africa, been cleared to teach Frec in Africa by one of our AO's who recognise and have rewarded our professionalism.
We have also been in talks with a major UK veterans charity to deliver qualifications for the fantastic and overlooked veteran community. We are in talks next week to offer assistance to a national facilities management company, who have approached us due to our professionalism, knowledge and speed of certificates. You can also find us next week at the Emergency Services Show, visiting potential suppliers for our current and ongoing corporate contracts.

Today was the final day of our Frec3 course.... Our learners put together all they learnt in the form of a couple of exercises. They demonstrated correct treatment of a patient who had a life changing bleed to his leg, by applying a tourniquet and haemostatic dressing, also providing emergency oxygen and adequate temp control to combat the trauma triad.
They then went on to deal with a motorcyclist who had been hit by a car, receiving multiple injuries including a leg and hip fracture, as well as effective immobilisation and yet again the emergency oxygen was delivered. To safely package the patient they utilised a scoop stretcher to great effect and used safe lifting techniques to get the patient safely away to safety.
Amazingly well done to our fantastic students who demonstrated fantastic skills all the way throughout the course. Once again we would like to thank our amazing venue for the support you give us.

Day 4 of Frec 3, today our students concentrated on immobilisation by utilising Sam splints, hip binders, neck collars and lots of bandages to great effect! They also did effective helmet removal as well as packaging of the patient onto a scoop stretcher.
Why not come and learn in a fun friendly environment with an operational medic who is also a qualified teacher?

Day 3 of our Frec3 course and our students are developing new skills in bandaging, using haemostatics and they are getting to be pro's at conducting patient obs, making it second nature and flawless!
Why not learn from a training provider who cares about you the student, helping learners develop in a fun relaxed atmosphere and changing their lives for the better by gaining valuable qualifications.
We have a swift turn around for certificates and only have trainers who do the job they are teaching others!

Getting ready for another busy day on event medical cover.... Does your first aid trainers do what they teach?
Learn from a company that actually does what it teaches.

As a company we've been reflecting on this past few months, and we are amazed at what we've achieved in such a short space of time.
We can honestly say, we are a centre with 3 awarding organisations, deliver some of the most sought after technical courses, trained 23 people for frec, 12 for sia qualifications, 4 tutors, a community safeguarding course as well as providing security and medical cover to events and continuous cpd by our dedicated professional trainers.
Due to our ethics and professionalism or certificate times are amazing, so far our longest cert to arrive has been 6 days and our shortest has been 6 hrs.
Our amazing students continuously praise us for our dedication to them in both the pre course and aftercare stages.
We have have also done what other providers promise but fail to deliver and so far have got 7 CPO's on long term contract to Africa, this is including one of our owners, who is going for the opportunity to upskill members of the teams out on contract whilst also gaining valuable experience of medicine in remote areas.

Today is the final day where our learners sit their final exams, they have spent a week learning about what it takes to work in the private security industry, licensing law, searching, use of radios as well as conflict management and the use of physical intervention.
Being a part veteran owned company when we signed the covenant we did so with the same mindset as when one of our owners signed his oath of allegiance. Where others sign it to look good we take our pledge seriously, as such we had the honor of having a female veteran on the course this week, and wishing her all the luck moving forward.
As always we'd like to thank our amazing venue for allowing us to fully utilise what they have to offer!

What a week it's been so far.... A DS course in progress and one of our team is on an undisclosed film set providing valuable medical cover.
Big news is on the way!!
Ready for another day of training on the DS course. Message us for more information
We don't proclaim to be the UK's No1 first aid training provider as that would be quite conceited of us, but when it comes to our courses, whether security, first aid or pre hospital care we care about the industry our learners are going to go into, and understand our learners are a reflection of our company values and standards.
All our trainers are passionate and relevant about the subjects they teach and stay updated on any new trends or practices by carrying out extensive CPD in their chosen field.
We do what we teach.... How many other training providers can say the same?
Doing what first aid tutors should be doing... Practicing what they preach!!
Yet again we are delivering more than other training providers, another CPO on a long term contract. Also 4 more learners completed their L3 EFAW yesterday ready for their L2 Door Supervisor course next week, first aid certs were issued after 2 hours of completing the course so well done!!
As always we wish to thank our amazing venue Belgrave sports and social club limited for allowing us to use their facilities, and well done to our fantastic students for choosing us and helping to raise standards.
We did it again!! Doing what training providers should be doing and not just taking their clients money, we actually help students get into work!!
That's another 2 guys on a long term contract to Africa.
Doing what first aid trainers should be doing..... Practicing what they preach!!!
We have now been cleared to deliver and assess the following qualifications through Highfield... L3 Efaw, L2 Spectator Safety, L3 Education and Training and also the L4 Certificate in Education and Training including bolt on modules. We are also in the planning stages to deliver SIA Door Supervisor and Security Guard courses in the near future.
Please share this far and wide, our courses are high quality and they look great on a cv!
Although it's taken a while we are proud to be recognised as a Highfield centre..... Watch this space for the broad range of qualifications soon to be offered
We are passionate about what we do and practice what we preach! Why learn first aid from someone who has learnt from a book to be a tutor?
Wishing you all the very best for 2023, we are really excited as we got a few things in the pipeline regarding new qualifications that will be on offer soon.
