It's Market day today!

Today at Crayke Sports Club and Village Hall Community, Crayke, York, YO61 4TZ.
10.30 - 1.30.

Come along and see the marvellous line up of stallholders we have for you. Lots to offer from plants, shrubs, flowers to gifts, candles, handsewn goods.
Lots of delicious food stalls and sweet treats galore!!

New stalls and firm favourites plus our wonderful cafe serving up hit sandwiches, homemade cakes and drinks and also the bar will be open to quench your thirst!

Indoor and outdoor seating with dog friendly areas outside of the hall.

All set up Crayke Village Market remember you can find us today Friends of Yarm Primary School Public Events and across Goathland Farmers Market.

Look who'll be joining us again ๐Ÿคฉ
Pooch and Potter will be back, this Saturday, 29th June at our lovely village market.

Not just for pets, Pooch & Potter's handmade blankets are amazing quality. If you can't see the size or colour you're after just ask and they'll be more than happy to help accommodate your needs.

Be sure to come along and see them, along with out other amazing stallholders!

Some more blankets in the making with fabric we bought in France, the quality is fantastic.
We are going to back these with Sherpa, ultimate luxury for your pets. Ideal for taking on holiday, in the car, picnics or just to have on the sofa.
All are handmade, and we can do most sizes and lots of different fabrics and colours.

What a glorious market yesterday!

The sun did shine, our wonderful traders had a fantastic range of produce for you all, the customers came and our team of amazing helpers once again gave their time to set up, tidy away, man the cafe, make cakes and arrange parking.

Thanks to each and everyone one of you!

Our next market is in Saturday, June 29th. Its looking like it could be one of our biggest yet so be sure to save the date!

Fine produce and products, a beautiful sunny day and a record number of bacon sandwiches cooked by Gerard!

How pleased we are to welcome back for their second year with us.....

Pooch & Potter, for the very best pet beds, blankets and accessories. Also made to measure and custom designs of you can't find what you're looking for.

The perfect stall to visit for handcrafted jewellery and gifts is Abstractivity by Deborah Thompson Art

Taste the sunshine with quality oils, balsamics and more from Mediterranean Luxury Foods

The above would also pair well with some outstanding, award winning Charcuterie from Wass Farm. Using homebred, free range, woodland, Magalitsa and rarebreed pork.

To complete a delectable Charcuterie board how about the tastiest, sourdough loaf from The Stall at Brandsby. Baked fresh, these loaves are always a sell out so don't miss out.

And to satisfy those sweet tooths; Smudge's Fudges will return with a range of tempting flavoured fudge (I can't wait for my banoffee fix!) or are may be you're someone who cannot resist a quality ice cream? If so Moonshine Ice Cream are on hand with their outrageously delicious ice creams.

So let's say hello and welcome to our new stallholders ๐Ÿ‘‹

Luce and Bear will be showcasing a selection of their self designed, fun, casual, and stylish clothing and accessories range.

We have Commune Home and Garden, with local hand poured soy wax candles made in Gill's very own kitchen in Elvington.

Lily & Rabbit will be bringing award winning soap from North Yorkshire, perfect for any skin, especially sensitive.

There will be bespoke handmade woodturnings & woodart courtesy of Woodys Creations .

Bringing in the baked treats are Carlton Kitchen with pick and mix traybakes, biscuits, mini quiches and Artisan marshmallows.

The Purple Bee Bakery will also be on hand to satisfy your sweet tooth and get your mouths watering with their cakes, brownies and more ๐Ÿ˜‹

Finally, Cari's Cards will be there to supply the perfect card for any occasion. Be sure to pay them a visit.

We can't wait to meet all the new stallholders. Please do come and support us, the more people who come, the more we grow and are able to provide a platform for these independent businesses.

So who is joining us at our first market of the year?!

Let's start with some of our firm favourites.

For starters how about fresh fish from the best, J W Johnson Fishmonger to get you sorted for the perfect fish supper.

With Danโ€™s Pies also returning, that's another meal sorted. If you haven't tried them already they are a MUST. So tasty and packed full of filling, they're a firm favourite in our house.

Walbut House Farm will also be there to provide the perfect joint of meat for your Sunday Roast. Will you choose their locally produced pork, lamb, dexter beef or free range chickens?

And please do not forget to head to Cooper King Distillery who will have their award winning gin, vodka and whisky for you to try and buy and create the perfect tipple.

We're looking forward to welcoming traders and customers, old and new, so please do come along and support the market.
