Juyondai Nakadori Junmai Ginjo Akaiwa Omachi
Made from Omachi rice, also known as the origin of sake rice, which makes the sake aromatic and flavourful. Nakadori means the sake is bottled with a limited amount from one tank which is the best part as in the balance of aroma and flavour. Pairs very well with all dishes on Kicho's dinner course.

酒米の始まりといわれている雄町米を使った香味豊かなお酒。香味のバランスが最良の雫を集めることから「中取り」と呼ばれ一つのタンクから限られた量のみ瓶詰めされます。旨味、余韻共に希鳥のおまかせ料理一品一品に寄り添った味わいです。

希鳥的雞頸肉鮮嫩多汁。 這是一個只能從一隻雞身上取下的稀有部位。 第一個食法是原汁原味地品嚐雞肉帶有豐富油脂的鮮味,第二個食法是加入黃芥末醬點綴,享受味道的變化。
Seseri served at Kicho is very juicy and is an exclusive rare part that you can get very limited amount from one chicken.
We recommend you to enjoy the first bite without any seasoning so that you can taste the umami of the chicken.
We also have Japanese mustard with which you can enjoy a different taste of the dish.

Stewed Chicken Thigh and Tosaka (Comb) with Steamed Egg Custard, Crab Meat Sauce is one of signature dishes of Kicho.
For those who have not tried the comb of chickens will be surprised for its softness and the umami that stays on your palate.
Crab meat sauce especially pairs well with sake made in kimoto fermentation method.

希鳥提供宮城縣清酒釀酒廠釀造的清酒。適合搭配雞肉料理口感清爽的辛口。溫和的吟釀香氣,第一口喝下去味道甘甜,然而隨著繼續喝下去,餘味能夠去除大部分雞肉的油膩口感, 讓人食慾大增。
Kicho is our original label sake made in a sake brewery in Miyagi Prefecture.
Refreshing dry sake that pairs well with chicken dishes.
Gentle ginjo aroma and the first sip is somewhat sweet yet it is refreshing as it cleans your palate as you continue your glass which increases your appetite.

多汁的胸肉被包裹在酥脆的外皮中,希鳥的雞胸肉能夠帶出強烈的口感對比。 第一道料理建議不加任何佐料,而第二道料理則加點花椒。油脂豐富的料理通常搭配口感清爽的辛口清酒,也適合搭配口感濃鬱的清酒,例如以生酛的方式釀造的清酒。 請您務必品嚐隣店「うしどき」帶有原始標籤清酒以及 「牛どき」。
Dakimi at Kicho is chicken breast covered with crisp chicken skin to give the contrast of texture.
Recommended to enjoy the first piece without any spice and the second piece with sansho spice.
For dishes with good amount of oil, you would want to pair with refreshing drier sake, we recommend to pair with sake of strong taste such as Kimoto. The original label, Ushidoki from our neighboring group restaurant Ushidoki is also a good choise.
