香港品牌Holly Brown位於荔枝角的旗艦店不敵結業潮將於6月16日結業。
Holly Brown致力推動精品咖啡文化，以引入炒雪榚這個冷熱配搭概念，打造成Holly Brown 的招牌產品。十四年來，色彩繽紛的炒雪糕配上各式各樣的配料曾為不少顧客帶來愉快的心情，尤其是招牌藍色雲呢拿更是眾多顧客中的至愛。老闆憶述每當看見顧客捧著炒雪糕時滿面笑容的樣子，都會為他帶來工作上的滿足感，所以過去也曾與各學校及慈善機構合作免費派發雪糕，希望將這份甜蜜的快樂令更多人都能感受到。而過去這些年，很多小朋友和年青一輩也不經不覺陪伴著Holly Brown一同成長了。
Holly Brown一直支持年輕一輩去追夢，開業初期資助不少咖啡師到海外學習及參加比賽，當中有些贏了冠軍，有些亦成為咖啡店的老闆，到近年來，提供表演平台讓熱愛音樂的年輕人推廣本地音樂文化，如今有些已成為當紅唱作人。看見他們如今成就解鎖，Holly Brown對有幸曾為他們提供發揮所長的平台而感到自豪。
開業容易，守業難，縱然萬般不捨，但仍要跟大家說再見。為感謝一眾顧客十四年來的支持，6月16日是荔枝角旗艦店最後營業的一天，Holly Brown將推出炒雪榚隨心價活動，即不設指定售價，顧客隨心付款購買便可以。當日亦會舉行馬拉松音樂會，過去曾在Holly Brown表演的音樂人都會紛紛參與這個活動。感謝大家一直陪伴着Holly Brown成長， 6月16日希望見到你們！

好消息！ 今次很高興宣布 Holly Brown 邀請到 香港🇭🇰女子樂隊 WHIZZ 為大家表演！ 據說剛推出新歌《in love with / not enough 》的WHIZZ當晚會為大家帶來音樂小驚喜～Holly Brown限定呀！

Whizz 簡介:
WHIZZ, 由主音王雨山, 結他手Moo, 貝斯手Bowie及鼓手Jess於2019年三月尾組成的四人女子樂團。
主打 Groovy Pop 的曲風, 希望利用輕快,具節奏性的音樂為大眾說出樂團信念 「時間飛逝、活在當下、享受享樂」。
Whizz的原創作品主要希望將聽眾帶離繁囂的城市。用音樂從另外一個角度展現世界的好與壞，令大家可以欣賞到現實的美好同時抒發負面情緒。
