年齡：年滿16歲以上至66歲生日當天 (適用於首次捐血者)*

**捐血前需有充足休息、飲用足夠水份，並在捐血前4小時內曾進食，同時應避免穿著衣袖太緊的衣服。

18歲以下的捐贈者每次捐血須相隔不少於150天。至於成年男性每次捐血須相隔不少於75天，女性則需等不少於105天才能再次捐血。
