The soul behind the scene - You might see her keep her head down concentrate in the kitchen or smile to you with a hello or thank you. From brunch, dinner, catering to private chef’s menu she does it all.
Our chef and owner Yen Chan graduated Culinary and Arts course in Canada and spent her 12 years explored in Canada From 4 stars hotel of each stations and up to 1600 catering.
After she returned, she worked in 3 different branch of a popular steak house in Hong Kong.
“You will never find msg, chicken or beef powder or any kinds of ready-to-go products in my menu. Everything we do from scratch. You will taste the freshness and the heart we put into all dishes. We bring the real western style cooking and techniques with a reasonable price for customers. And I bet they will feel it. I do love fine dining more than brunch for day time and causal fine dining at night. But then is not affordable for everyone to try my foods. That’s why G’Day is born. Just like our slogan. Come hungry, leave happy!”
