Let’s talk about results. So many gyms put great emphasis on loosening weight and fat but completely miss the point of retaining or gaining muscle. Weight loss isn’t so great if you’re loosing muscle in the process.
My client has lost 3.5 kg but gained 3.4kg of muscle!
But even better is the change in body fat percentage that has reduced from 23.3% down to a fabulous 11.8%.

Here's something different. Overhead press at 40kg, with an audience so I have to get it right.
Taking it easy to rehabilitate a sore shoulder tendon. Tendons need just the right amount of load when they're sore. Too little or too much and they complain.

This was after 5 sets of 5 reps at 120kg deadlift, joining in with George.

A healthy body is a strong body. A strong body is a healthy body.

According to Peter Attia being stronger than average corresponds to halving the risk of all-cause mortality, compared to being in the lower quartile of the population. And more is better, with up to 3½ times rush reduction.

Come and train, two hours a week makes all the difference, and is fun too.
