讓我們用運動開啟新的一天!

早上做適量運動可以刺激大腦和促進血液循環,讓您思路更清晰,提高工作效率。此外,早上空腹進行運動更有利於脂肪燃燒,因為此時距離上次進餐已有約10小時,身體更容易消耗儲存的脂肪。

不過要注意,早上不建議選擇太劇烈運動,一些輕量的有氧運動和柔軟性訓練,如慢走、伸展等🧘既能激活新陳代謝,又不會過度消耗體力,讓您更有動力長期堅持良好的運動習慣。

Start your day with exercise! Doing a moderate amount of movement in the morning can stimulate the brain and promote blood circulation, sharpening your thinking and improving work efficiency.

Furthermore, exercising on an empty stomach is more conducive to fat burning, as it's been about 10 hours since your last meal, allowing your body to more easily mobilize and consume stored fat.

It’s better to avoid overly strenuous workouts in the morning. Light aerobic exercises and flexibility training, like jogging and stretching🧘 can activate your metabolism without depleting your energy, helping you sustain a good exercise habit in the long run.
