Who’s turning 2?

Come to on the 13th of September to celebrate Out of the Brew turning 2 years old! We couldn’t have done it without you, so we want to thank you by having a party with y’all with good beers at great prices and a good cause! All the sponsored beers will be at $30/pint and ALL the proceeds will go to a local rescue animal charity (we haven’t picked one yet, suggestions welcome!). Most of the familiar faces will be there, we truly look forward to have a blast with you. It’s been too long!

The long waited charity event for our beloved animals is finally happening! We are once again partnering up with the amazing team at to bring you a day of fun and joy with good beers for a good cause 😉

Everything is Pawsome Pt.2 is happening next Sunday (30th April) from 3pm; all hoomans and doggos are welcome! (Felines too, obviously, if you know us) ALL proceeds from the sales of hEROES’ draft beer will be donated to the House of Joy and Mercy, a local charity organization which shelters abandoned and stray animals.

Selected draft beers all day at $68/pint for women who would love to come and support the community; moreover, all the profits will be donated to the Women’s Foundation, to empower women in poverty to achieve a better quality of life for themselves and their families in Hong Kong.

What’s on the menu?

- Kakuni (Japanese style braised pork with radish and marinated soft boiled egg)
- Sausage roll (with premium minced pork and lamb) with tomato chutney
- Chocolate mousse cake

Can’t believe we’re writing a end of the year thank you post again, 2022 has surely gone by fast!

Tomorrow (14/12) we have Beer & Bake; delicious crafted baked goods paired with the right beers and cheese and explained by our certified cicerone. Friday we have Arpus’ 5th anniversary smoothie sour on tap (exclusive at Out of the Brew). Saturday we have our first bottles share mini party, with these amazing Grimm beers freshly brought back from NYC (details to follow). So make your plans, come down to the this week and we’ll have a blast!

We’ve invited a talented friend of ours to handcraft these baked goodies; and they will be paired with various carefully selected craft beers. A little information about cicerone:

A cicerone is a hospitality professional who has acquired a great amount of knowledge about beer, which they use to advise restaurant or bar owners and select, pair, and serve beer to customers. Some of them also work as judges at local or national competitions, evaluating beers and selecting the highest-quality ones.
Only those who have passed the Certified Cicerone exam are allowed to call themselves by the Cicerone title.

Another event at Out of the Brew? Yes please! Next Wednesday (16/11) we will be launching the new shipment of , with 2 on taps and 3 in cans. Come and enjoy these awesome beer from Barcelona with us on the steps!

On draft:

1) Mash 22 (IPA) - Bursting with fresh passion fruit and mango aromas
but with an added grassy depth that only fresh hops
can provide

2) Jumpsuit (TIPA) - High quantities of oats and wheat give a luxurious
juicy texture,
with big notes of mango, lemon
pineapple and a touch of dank on the finish

In cans:

1) Rollo Bellini ((BCN Weisse) - A soft base of Golden Promise and 30% Wheat with
a relatively dry finish and soft acidity create an
elegant and refreshing sour

2) Tapawera (IPA) - Featuring soft malt base that is light and creamy
with lime, gooseberry and passion fruit. It's bright
yet dank with a level of complexity

3) Free Boredo (DIPA) - Boasts serious dank tropical fruit vibes. Fruity and
dank with passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple
