Entering the new year, Five Samurai is actively innovating and reforming by hiring a brand new team. Despite facing various challenges in the current environment, we aim to continue embracing them through different transformations.

Firstly, in January, we proudly welcomed the renowned local hidden gem (隱町）, specializing in yakitori. If you enjoy skewered grilled dishes, you won't be disappointed. The (隱町） team not only crafts high-quality yakitori but also engages in lively conversations and creates a joyful atmosphere for every guest.

Secondly, this year Five Samurai has hired a head chef with a background in upscale Western and Japanese cuisine from several renowned restaurants. With their years of experience, we aim to seamlessly blend Western and Japanese culinary techniques. Now, when you visit Five Samurai, you can enjoy exquisite Western-Japanese fusion cuisine while being treated to the beautiful panoramic view of Victoria Harbour in our dining hall.

Lastly, we can't forget Five Samurai's signature teppanyaki. Under the guidance of the new teppanyaki team, we hope to bring a refreshing experience to our guests.

Chateau Musar，可以話係世界上最具標誌性嘅酒莊之一，於1930年由加斯頓·霍夏爾（Gaston Hochar）創立。在傳奇釀酒師塞爾吉·霍夏爾（Serge Hochar）嘅指導下，Chateau Musar成為世界上最受認可嘅酒莊之一，與波爾多嘅一級酒莊及其他知名酒莊齊名。現在，第三代霍夏爾家族成員正掌舵酒莊。

We are honored to invite the best winery in Lebanon 🇱🇧, Chateau Musar owner, Mr. Marc Hochar, to join us. In addition to bringing five wines for pairing with our Five Samurai’s menu, Mr. Hochar will also guide us through the fascinating history and profound philosophy of this legendary estate.

Chateau Musar is considered one of the most iconic wineries in the world, founded by Mr. Gaston Hochar in 1930. Under the guidance of the legendary winemaker Mr. Serge Hochar, Chateau Musar has become one of the most recognized wineries in the world, alongside Bordeaux's first growth estates and other renowned wineries. Currently, the third generation of the Hochar family is leading the estate.

There will be live jazz performances by singer Tiffiany Ting and producer Kurt Wong.
