Stretching is probably the most neglected part of your daily life as a habit. Start to stretch 10-15 mins daily before bed, and stick to it until the end of this year. The benefits that you would gain from doing so will surprise you.
When stretching, try to slow down your breathing, spend some time feeling your muscle, try to relax, breathe in through the nose, and out through the mouth. Slowly ease into the tension and try to release the tightness.
Start your year right!
2023 had been an incredible year! Happy to have met these father and son in my life. Over the years I had successfully helped Alfred to fix up his very serious back pain, that had massively affected his life a lot. And his son a fantastic young fella who has great passion in basketball, but to increase his muscle mass, improving his muscular and cardio endurance, and also flexibility were our main focuses. We managed to push through those negatives, and he has been very disciplined lately in following his guideline and recommendation. Overall strength, endurance and his flexibility had improved. I am very happy to be ur fitness coach over these years, and hope you and your family will have a wonderful life in the UK and hope you all could continue to train your body in the future ahead.
