Conchiglie are relatively large pasta shells, best cooked in rich sauces that will remain in the shells after cooking, allowing a rich flavor throughout enjoying the dish. Our Conchiglie with Wagyu Beef Ribs pairs the pasta with a main ingredient of Wagyu beef short ribs braised in red wine, accentuating the juicy and succulent taste of the premium Wagyu beef.
