Bolillo bread is so delicious. It is crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. It's similar to french roll and you can use it as sandwich bread for your sandwich, dip it into your soup or simple just toast it and eat it with butter or jam.

Kids always love making bread because we get the chance to make a mess with the flour. Kneading and shaping the dough is also exactly like how we play our play-doh!
