¡Hola, amigos! Welcome to the home of Hong Kong’s most authentic Mexican dining.

Agave first opened in Hong Kong in 2000 in Central. In 2005, we expanded to Wan Chai and ever since the beginning, we've been known to serve the best damn margaritas in town and now we’re in our new location at Hollywood Road, Central in addition to Wanchai’s hot spot.

Some of our most distinctive dishes include Nacho Gringos and Nacho Machos, The Sonoran Dogo (a hot dog with a bacon-wrapped sausage, fresh green tomatillo and yellow jalapeño salsa, cilantro sauce and chipotle mayo), and a selection of 11 types of tacos. We recommend the Guacamole and Ensalada de Nopal (Cactus Salad), Empanadas and Chalupas to pair with drinks. Avocados and all of the hard-to-find ingredients - such as dried Serrano and Ancho peppers and tomatillos - are imported directly from Mexico.

And drinks? Si, our signature cocktails consist of Margaritas: the Serrano Al Melon Margarita, Agave Mexican Sangria, Anchonita, Sangrita Margarita, y La Cucaracha. We have a huge selection of 100% blue agave Tequilas and all of them are imported directly from Mexico. Tequila is served traditionally in snifters with a shot of sangrita as a chaser or as the main ingredient in our popular Margaritas, freshly squeezed Mexican lime juice and sugar syrup, served straight up, or on the rocks without salt. We also offer imported Mexican and locally-branded beers.
