"Yamano Kotobuki Freaks 1 Plus" is the third product of "Yamano Kotobuki Freaks", which was challenged as a unique variety of Yamano Kotobuki. A foaming feeling has been added by the "Utakata Fermentation Method".

This "Utakata Fermentation Method" is to trap more of the fermented gas from the moromi in the sake.

It is a special manufacturing method developed independently by Yamanoju.

By using this manufacturing method, it achieved about twice the gas volume of the unpasteurized sake on normal bottling.

It spreads in your mouth.
For the first cup, gently pour the clear top liquid and enjoy the clear bubble wrap.
After the second cup, we propose two ways to enjoy the juicy bubble wrap by mixing the inside of the bottle lightly.
Easy to drink, perfect for hot weather.
