Since the pandemic began I have rarely taught formal Western table manners - but I still do it for private individuals and groups upon special request.

Previously, I had taught 100s of business people.

This week a group of entrepreneurs invited me to elevate their poise and presence.

We had fun and learned something new!

The funniest interaction in my table manners class for 5-7 year olds this weekend: “Ms Lee, how old are you? Are you 12 years old? 25? 27? Oh my God, you’re older than 27?!” 😂😂

It’s been nearly 7 months since I taught dining etiquette classes because of the “fifth wave” in Hong Kong.

Today I taught a private group of 6 girls (age 8-9) for an etiquette-themed birthday party.

After all we’ve been through lately, enjoying delicious food with sweet, lively children is a welcome, joyful break!
